Volunteering can reduce stress and make you healthier by improving mood and emotions. Through volunteering, you can gain professional experience and learn new skills. Volunteering brings people together by building camaraderie and teamwork. It promotes personal growth and self-esteem by understand your community's needs. Lastly, volunteering gives you a chance to give back and YOU can make a difference! So if you have a few extra hours, consider donating your time to volunteer at your Senior Center.

Front Office Support


Garden Fresh Fridays

Help with meal prep, cooking, serving, and dessert baking


Thrift Shop

Greet customers and keep the shop neat and tidy


Program Leadership

Design a program and lead it


Drivers

Transport members to and from programs at the Senior Center


Pick-Up, Transport and Delivery Drivers

We have goods donated to us we cannot transport and goods we need to pass on to others and are looking for folks with strong backs and trucks or trailers who can help


Garden maintenance

Help with planning, planting and harvesting


Painting and small construction projects


Internships

Nutrition, Communications, Graphic Design and Art, Sociology
